The Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 is sleek, beautiful, and elegant. The Momentum True Wireless 3 is a big improvement over its predecessor in terms of size and form factor, making it a better fit for a premium device.

Every part of the case feels sturdy and satisfying, from the magnetic click of putting the earbuds inside the case to the sound of the clamshell lid closing.

I love how comfortable the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 earbuds are. You will easily forget that you’re wearing them. I wore them all the time, from work to the gym, and they never fell off or felt uncomfortable.

There is a large and noticeable Sennheiser logo on the flat external surface of the earpieces. Ear wings and foam-covered silicone ear tips make it easy to get them to comfortably fit your ears.

The logo surface is touch-sensitive and can be customised through the app. Even though the buttons are very simple, their responsiveness and customizability make them super easy to use.

The Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 are equipped with a 7mm dynamic driver, making them every bit the premium true wireless earbuds that you could want them to be.

The sound quality of the Momentum True Wireless 3 is excellent, and the well-tuned Active Noise Cancellation makes the experience even better. If you want, you can customise the sound by using the Smart Control app’s EQ function to fine-tune the sound.

The Momentum True Wireless 3 was able to deliver top-notch sound quality with a wide range of genres in my playlist. There is a lot of depth in the bass and the mids, while the treble is extremely clear.

Active noise cancellation in the earbuds is very effective, and it manages to reduce most rumbles, fan noise, and road noise by automatically adjusting the intensity of noise suppression. It has one of the best wind noise reduction settings I have ever used, and its ambient awareness mode is also great.

It was a wonderful experience using these earbuds while working out, thanks to their excellent sound quality and active noise cancellation (ANC).

The Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 had a pretty good battery life, to sum it up. These earbuds easily lasted around six hours on a single charge. When you add the charging case, you get three more full charges which adds for a total of 24 hours of battery life.

In addition to the USB Type-C cable that is included in the box, you can also use a Qi wireless charging pad. The Type-C cable takes around an hour and a half to fully charge the buds from 0 to 100 per cent.

But you don’t have to wait for so long; the earbuds can deliver an hour of playback with just 10 minutes of quick charging.

Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 features Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity and you can download the Smart Control app to further access all of the features. There will never be a problem with stability unless you walk a significant distance away from your phone. However, the absence of multi-point connectivity is a letdown.

Sennheiser’s superb Smart Control app gives users a wide variety of customisation options. It’s easy to personalise your Momentum True Wireless 3 by changing the touch controls and selecting your preferred noise-cancellation mode (Off, Anti Wind, Adaptive, or Transparency).

Using the app, users have the option of selecting a sound profile for the equaliser that has already been preset or fine-tuning the sound of the earbuds to suit their taste. The app also gives you the option to turn on the bass boost feature for the TWS earbuds.

Sound Check, another feature of the app, lets you experiment with different audio profiles for your songs in order to create your own custom equaliser. Play your favourite song, and the app will give you three equaliser settings to choose from. You can then pick the one that sounds best to your ears.

The app will use that information to create a unique sound mode for you. It’s a fantastic feature, especially for people who aren’t all that familiar with how equalisers work!

There’s also a transparency mode that lets you hear what’s going on around you. It worked well and was especially useful when I was taking a walk.
