Vivo Y500 is expected to feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 1260 x 2800 pixel resolution and 453 ppi pixel density. The device is rumoured to offer a 20:09 aspect ratio and 93.43% screen-to-body ratio, along with a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth performance and FHD+ quality.

The phone is expected to have a triple rear camera setup with 50MP + 50MP + 50MP sensors, along with LED flash. It is rumoured to support 4K video recording at 30 fps and features like digital zoom, auto flash, face detection, and touch-to-focus. The 50MP front camera is expected to deliver decent selfies and 1080p video recording at 30 fps.

Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Plus chipset, the Vivo Y500 is speculated to come with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. The phone is expected to run on the Android v15 operating system with an Immortalis-G720 MC12 GPU and octa-core CPU that includes a 3.4 GHz Cortex X4 core for better performance.

Vivo Y500 is expected to support 100W flash charging with a 6000 mAh Li-ion battery. It is rumoured to support 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth v5.4, and USB Type-C for connectivity.

The device is also speculated to feature an on-screen optical fingerprint scanner for secure unlocking and include essential sensors like a light sensor, proximity sensor, accelerometer, compass, and gyroscope. It is expected to have dual nano SIM slots and support global network bands for both SIM slots.
