Samsung has done an excellent job with the design of the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE. I’m using the Icy Blue colour, and its finish is great. The brand added Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection on the back and front, which gives strengthen against any damage.

Moreover, the matte finish gives a fantastic feel in the hand and does not attract fingerprint stains.

This phone has a body dimension of 161.3 x 76.6 x 7.4 mm. At the same time, it has a decent weight of 190 grams, which is carryable without any feeling.

Furthermore, it is IP68 dust-tight and water-resistant, which means it is submersible up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. This phone also has an enhanced armor aluminum frame, which is a more powerful body compared to the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE.

Moving on to ports, its right side of the body has a volume button and a power button. While its top of the phone only has a secondary speaker. Samsung did an excellent job in the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE camera segment. First, let’s discuss the sensor, which comes with triple rear sensors: a 50MP wide sensor, a 12MP ultrawide sensor, and an 8MP telephoto sensor with 3x zoom capability.

Its camera system is very good for daylight with natural colours, strong detail, and a wide dynamic range. Samsung also added new ProVisual and Galaxy AI processing.

It won’t quite match flagship-class sensors in absolute low-light nuance, but for an “FE” price point, it’s one of the best balanced camera experiences you’ll get.

It’s the primary sensor that offers AI-driven dynamic-range stacking, adding cleaner night shots. I clicked a lot of images, you can see sharp, detailed photos from the main camera with realistic textures and good micro-detail.

You can see my natural, slightly warm colours, which many users prefer, as they are not oversaturated like some brands. Skin tones are handled well in portraits with proper edges.

It also offers good dynamic range in typical daylight scenes, highlights and shadows are balanced thanks to HDR stacking and the ProVisual engine. You’ll rarely need to manually push HDR.

Zooming in with a 3× optical telephoto lens gives nice detail for photos taken at a medium distance. However, since this lens has 8MP and is smaller, it doesn’t capture as much fine detail as the main camera. If you use digital zoom beyond 3x, you may notice some blurriness and unusual image distortions.

I used this phone at a nighttime event, and its AI-driven processing improves exposure and reduces noise. It preserves colours in dim conditions, and indoor shots come out usable and often pleasing.

However, even in extremely low light, noise, loss of micro-detail, and occasional smearing will still be visible. Therefore, do not compare it with higher-priced flagship phones that feature much larger sensors or specialized night modules, which may hold an edge.

The device features a 12MP front camera, which captures excellent shots in daylight with accurate skin tones. However, moving at night is challenging and adds noise. During the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE review, I clicked images in both conditions; you can see samples.

At the same time, the S24 FE has a 4,700mAh battery capacity, which represents a slight improvement over the current model. You can also use this phone in harsh light because it comes with 1900 nits (peak) brightness. Note: Peak brightness alone doesn’t guarantee perfect daylight visibility; it only shows how bright the panel can get at its max.

The type of display (AMOLED, LTPO, panel quality, anti-reflective coating) also matters because it controls contrast, reflections, and overall outdoor clarity. So, next time, don’t fall for the specs sheet.

This phone has a display resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and 385 ppi density. It features an 89.2% screen-to-body ratio and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9.

During extended activities, such as gaming, shooting videos, or using the camera, the smartphone runs warm and experiences performance throttling. No one can match Samsung’s UI features plus AI features, making it unbeatable. The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE comes with One UI 8, which is packed with features.

It also runs on Android 16 with the promise of up to seven major Android upgrades, so it’s a good choice for long-term use. App opening and closing, as well as app sliding, are very smooth.

Moreover, I haven’t seen notable bloatware, which is also great for this phone. Plus, you can customize your home screen and app widgets from the settings. You’ll also get a lot of wallpaper options to change according to your mood. Additionally, you can add your picture as wallpaper.
