OnePlus Nord 2 Launched
I do have mixed feelings about the OnePlus Nord 2, but surprisingly I do not hate this one.
The Glass back, the Dimensity 1200, the improved IMX766 camera sensor, six 5G bands (N40, N41, N78, N28A, N1, N3), Wi-Fi 6, Stereo speakers, UFS 3.1 storage, and a price of Rs. 29,999 INR (8GB, 128GB) is actually pretty compelling.
Do remember that the Warp Charge 65 used here isn’t the same as the OnePlus 9 series. You won’t be getting the 65W USB-C charger, but a 65W USB-A charger instead which indicates that it’s not PD charging.
The 32MP Selfie camera still shoots 1080p only. Also, although there is Rs. 27,999 (6GB, 128GB) model, you probably won’t get your hands on that anytime soon.
However, even after these drawbacks, I think this is the best OnePlus phone to buy right now. If you have to have a smartphone from OnePlus, save your money and get the Nord 2 instead. I’ll say go for the 8GB, 128GB variant though, as the 12GB, 256GB variant is way too much at Rs. 34,999.
