In Vietnam, the Vivo Y12s 2021 has been released. The latest phone is the successor to the Vivo Y12s from last year. It’s a cheap phone with a big screen and a long battery life. Also, the Vivo Y12s 2021 features a different processor than its predecessor and promises a great multimedia experience along with other features. Vivo Y12s 2021 Price in India 

The latest pricing is available for the Vietnam market only since the Vivo V12s 2021 is available in Vietnam only and it is yet to confirm when the Vivo brand is going to bring this device to the Indian smartphone market.  Vivo Y12s 2021 price for the lone variant with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage is VND 3290000. Vivo Y12s 2021 expected price in India is Rs.10,990. It comes in colours like Ice Blue and Mysterious Black. 

Vivo Y12s comes in two attractive colours and has a stylish waterdrop notch display. The phone’s back panel has a vertical dual-camera setup. There are minimum bezels along with a minimum average-sized chin on the front. The overall look from both the front and back appears good and something that can be expected from an affordable smartphone. 

As for the biometric authentication, there is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor on the right side along with the volume rocker. The bottom side features a micro USB charging port and a speaker grille. The overall weight is below 200 grams, which means, you can easily hold it single-handedly.  

Vivo Y12s 2021 features a 6.51-inch IPS LCD display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. The display, according to Vivo, not only provides vibrant viewing angles but also blocks harmful blue light to reduce eye strain.

Vivo V12s 2021 is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 439 chip, rather than MediaTek’s Helio P35 chip that powered its predecessor. The phone has 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. The device runs on FunTouch OS11, which is based on the Android 10 operating system.

Dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth,  a micro-USB port, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a 3.5mm audio jack are among the device’s other features.

Vivo Y12s 2021 has a 13-megapixel dual rear camera setup with a 13MP main camera featuring an f/2.2 aperture on the back along with a 2-megapixel secondary camera with f/2.4 aperture. Autofocus is available for the rear camera.

On the front, Vivo V12s 2021 has an f/1.8 aperture 8-megapixel camera for selfies.

Vivo V12s 2021 has a 5,000mAh battery with a 10W charging capability. The massive battery will last up to 17.4 hours of HD video streaming and 10.2 hours of gameplay. It also has 5W wired reverse charging capabilities, allowing it to be used as a power bank for other devices.

For normal usage, there is a decent processor and a large battery for uninterrupted usage, however, the rest of the features are not up to date like there is less RAM and the OS is still Android 10 when other brands are offering Android 11 nowadays. You can look for any Tecno device or go with a Redmi or a Realme smartphone instead of waiting for the Vivo Y12s to hit the Indian smartphone market.
