Nokia G10 Price in India
The latest Nokia G10 is available in two variants, one with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage, another with 4GB RAM and 65GB internal storage. You can buy this smartphone in two colour options, Night and Dusk colour. For the base variant, Nokia G10 price is expected to be around Rs. 12300 in India.
The design language of Nokia G10 is not so attractive yet not so simple. There is a stylish display with a water-drop notch and a thick chin, though it shouldn’t have been there. The bezels around the edges are minimum.
On the rear, the design of the Nokia G10 resembles the C series smartphones that were released besides the G series. There is a circular camera module at the top centre location and the pattern on the rear is there to ensure a firm grip.
For biometric authentication, there is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor mounted on the power button. It has been placed on the right edge along with the volume rocker. The top edge features a 3.5 mm headphone jack while the bottom edge comes with a USB 2.0 charging port.
Nokia G10 has got a 6.5-inch HD+ display on the front for offering decent visuals. Here the only thing that is interesting is the size of the display and a large 20:9 aspect ratio. The rest of the features are outdated with a 720-pixel resolution and lower pixel density and absence of any refresh rate. The screen is mounted with a 2.5D cover glass, which doesn’t make it any special though.
There is an average chipset names MediaTek Helio G25 clubbed with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. Although the RAM and internal storage are decent, the chipset doesn’t make it good either for heavy multitasking or gaming. The connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS and Beidou. As for the software, here comes the improvement, Nokia G10 runs on Android 11.
As compared to the Nokia C10 and Nokia C20, Nokia has provided a bit extra in terms of camera. Here you are getting an 8MP front camera for capturing selfies, but the front flash is missing. On the rear, Nokia has provided the Nokia G10 with a 13MP triple-camera setup, featuring a 13MP primary sensor and a 2MP macro sensor along with a 2MP depth sensor. On the rear side, the flash is there quite luckily.
It’s quite surprising to see a 5050 mAh battery featured by a Nokia smartphone when they are known to offer very little under low price ranges. Still, this is a welcome step as compared to the C series smartphones. So, you won’t have to worry about the power back up as the 5050 mAh battery would manage all the affairs for at least two days of normal usage. Although the battery is large, the smartphone supports normal charging, which might be a glitch for many users.
Nokia G10 is an affordable below average smartphone with a 720-pixel display, minimum configuration camera setup at the given price point and is lacking many present-day features. If there is anything that favours the Nokia G10, it’s the side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 5050 mAh battery.
