Oppo Enco W51 Design And Comfort
The Oppo Enco W51 comes with a square-shaped case with rounded corners. The charging case looks much like a jewellery box but is not bigger than an AirPod case. Weighing just 55.5 grams, the Oppo Enco W51 is light in weight and hence carrying it in your pocket is not a difficult task.
I used the black model for the Oppo Enco W51 review. The case has a glossy finish which gives it a shiny look. But you need to be careful as the case might attract scratches.
On the top of the case, the brand name is written, which can be silver or gold, depending upon the light. The inside of the case has a LED light that shows the battery status. However, at times the colour signal won’t appear clear.
There is also a pairing button on the inside of the case. The button is really helpful when pairing new devices. At the back of the case, there is a USB Type-C charging port. Also, the case hinge does not feel sturdy. The earbuds are placed inside the case with really strong magnets.
Talking about the buds, they have a unique oval design with a flat stem attached to them. The buds are made up of plastic and have a matte finish. The Oppo Enco W51 have soft silicon eartips, and it was really easy to fit them in my ears. You also get additional pair of eartips with this TWS earbud.
The earbuds have a very comfortable and secure fit which makes sure the buds do not fall or slip while doing day-to-day activities. I used the buds for almost an hour and did not feel any discomfort.
Also, the Oppo Enco W51 comes with an IP54 rating. This means the earbuds can easily sustain dust and light water.

Oppo Enco W51 Audio Quality
The Oppo Enco W51 features 7mm dynamic drivers, which are capable of offering warm sound with solid focus lying on the bass. The TWS earbuds are excellent for everyday listening. The overall sound quality is quite crisp. The mids sound clear and do not get overruled by darker tones.
The highs do a pretty good job too. Oppo Enco W51 pays attention to every instrument played in the background. I tested the earbuds for different audio genres like Hip Hop, Rock, Classical, Movies, Bollywood, Retro and others and was pretty satisfied with the sound quality.
Talking about the ANC, the Oppo Enco W51 does an amazing job in that, making the TWS earbuds one of the best options under 5000. With ANC turned on, the buds can eliminate the background noise to a great extent, hence enhancing the call quality.
In the past few weeks, I have made several calls using the Oppo Enco W51, and the person on the other end was able to listen to my voice quite clearly, hence not a single complaint I recieved about the sound dropping or about the background noise.

Oppo Enco W51 Battery Life & Charging
Next, in the Oppo Enco W51 review, I will share my playback experience with the TWS. The charging case features a 480mAh battery, while the buds have a 25mAh battery each. Oppo claims to be offering 3.5 hours of battery life with ANC turned on, and with ANC off, it can offer 4 hours of playback time.
Likewise, with the charging case and when ANC is turned on, you can get up to 20 hours of battery life, while with ANC turned off, the playback time further increases to 24 hours.
While in practical use, I was able to get around three hours of battery life on a single charge. I used the buds to watch movies at 70 per cent volume. I won’t say it is bad compared to what the company has claimed. However, when compared to other TWS like Nothing Ear Stick and Realme Buds Air 2.
The Oppo Enco W51 takes approximately 80 minutes with the case to charge fully using the Type-C Cable, while wireless charging takes just 2.5 hours to fully charge the case. Also, the case can offer up to four additional full charges to the buds.

Oppo Enco W51 Features & Connectivity
Talking about the connectivity, the Oppo Enco W51 sports Bluetooth Version 5.0. So you don’t have to worry about a stable connection. Furthermore, pairing new devices with the TWS earbuds is quite easy. Just turn on the Bluetooth on your device and press the button inside the charging case.
The earbud’s name will appear in the available Bluetooth device list, and you can tap it from there to connect the buds. Additionally, the earbuds come with a wear sensor. This means the sound automatically pauses when you take the bud out of your ear and resumes when you wear the buds again.
You get touch control with the Oppo Enco W51. But at times, the control might feel out of hand, causing a little bit of discomfort. Double-tapping the left side stem can activate or deactivate noise cancellation while tapping the right earbud stem twice can change tracks.
Similarly, a triple tap on either earbud will wake up the phone’s default voice assistant.
There is no dedicated app for the Oppo Enco W51. However, you can use apps like HeyMelody to customize the sound experience and controls.

That’s all about the Oppo Enco W51 review. With features like excellent ANC and amazing audio quality, Oppo Enco W51 is certainly a great pair of TWS under 5000 in India. The detailed sound experience and punchy bass that you get here are definitely worth your try. Also, the addition of wireless charging is a nice addition at this price.
The battery life could have been better, but the fast charging support manages it. So, if you have a tight budget of Rs. 5,000, you can definitely consider the Oppo Enco W51.
