OnePlus X

OnePlus X

OnePlus X was launched in November 2015 and was the first budget smartphone that OnePlus introduced. It features a 5.0 inch AMOLED display with 442 PPI density. The OnePlus X was powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset which was pretty fast for 2015 standards.

The X was powered by Android 5.1.1 and got the 6.0.1 Marshmallow upgrade. The camera on this device is a single 13MP camera at back and 8MP on the front. If you’re still using a OnePlus X then it’s high time for you to sell it and upgrade to a new device. The main reason being its very old hardware from 2015 and outdated software.

If you want to sell your old OnePlus X on Cashify you can get a maximum of Rs 2,850 for your device. Although it can change depending upon the condition of your smartphone.

OnePlus 3

OnePlus 3

OnePlus 3 was the smartphone that impacted a lot in the success of OnePlus in the smartphone market. This device came out in June 2016 and features a 5.5 inches optic AMOLED display. It came pre-installed with Android 6.0.1 which surprisingly got an update to Android 9.0 Pie.

The device was powered by Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820 chipset. It got a single rear camera of 16MP f/2.0 and an 8MP front camera. The battery was 3000 mAh with 20W fast charging support.

OnePlus 3 has pretty much reached its end a long way back. Using a device with Android 9 and very old hardware is something you should upgrade. And by selling it you can use the money to buy a new device at a cheaper price. Cashify can give you around Rs 5,600. Again the current condition of your smartphone may fluctuate the price.

OnePlus 3T

OnePlus 3T

OnePlus 3T came out in November after the OnePlus 3. Since then OnePlus has started launching the ‘T’ version of their new flagship series. This smartphone was very similar in terms of design and features to the OnePlus 3.

It features the same display and there was a little improvement in the processor by adding the Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 chipset. The rear camera was similar, although the front camera got an improvement by 16MP selfie camera.

The battery was 3400 mAh with 20W fast charging support. OnePlus 3T falls in the same bracket as the OnePlus 3 because of the similar specs and hardware with minor updates. It’s still a very outdated device and old design. The resale value of your OnePlus 3T can vary from Rs 6,440 to Rs 6970 depending on your storage variant.

OnePlus 5

OnePlus 5

OnePlus was launched in June 2017 with all new and updated features. It got a 5.5-inch Optic AMOLED display. The smartphone came out with Android 7.1.1 Nougat which got an upgrade up to Android 10.

It was powered by the Qualcomm MSM8998 Snapdragon 835 chipset. And was also the first OnePlus smartphone to feature a dual-camera setup with 16MP wide and 20MP cameras. In the front, it has a 16MP wide selfie camera. It comes with a 3300 mAh battery with 20W fast charging.

The OnePlus 5 was a very great device with 2017 standards. And it still manages to run on Android 10 which is not that bad. But the outdated design and old processor don’t fit in 2021 which makes it very slow for multitasking.

If you choose to sell your OnePlus 5 on Cashify, you can get something from Rs 8040 to Rs 8850. It may change depending upon the condition of the device, the storage/RAM variant of the smartphone, and the availability of retail boxes, invoices, and accessories.

OnePlus 5T

OnePlus 5T

OnePlus 5T was the successor of the OnePlus 5 launched in November 2017. It got the same hardware as the OnePlus 5. The device came in two variants 6GB/64GB and 8GB/128GB.

The big major update was its display, as it featured a 6.01 inches Optic AMOLED display. Also, this was the first OnePlus smartphone that did not feature any dedicated home button.

OnePlus 5T is pretty much the same as OnePlus 5 in terms of specifications. The only major update you can see is its removed home button and an updated design which also made the difference in their resale value. OnePlus Nord CE can be a great upgrade for this device. The resale value of the OnePlus 5T varies from Rs 8850 to Rs 10,540.

OnePlus 6

OnePlus 6

OnePlus 6 was launched in May 2018 with an all-new updated design and features. It featured a mini-notch design which was quite famous at that time because of the iPhone X. The device features a 6.28 inches Optic AMOLED display with 402 PPI density. It was on Android 8.0 Oreo and was upgraded up to Android 10.

It came with Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset supported by an octa-core CPU. And was available in three variants 64/6GB, 128/8GB, and 256/8GB.

The camera module was still a dual-camera setup with 16MP wide and 20MP ultra-wide cameras. The selfie camera was a 16Mp f/2.2 wide camera which was the same as the last OnePlus device.

The battery of the device was 3300 mAh with 20W fast charging support. OnePlus 6 came with a new design in 2018 but if you look at the hardware and you won’t get much attracted. It has an old processor which can only handle basic tasks. The cameras are outdated too, you can find smartphones coming with four cameras and this device only got two which is a very big reason to upgrade it.

Cashify can give you a great resale value for your OnePlus 6 from Rs 13,220 to a maximum of Rs 14,770. This can change according to the condition of your device.

The battery is 4115 mAh with 30W fast charging support. OnePlus Nord is still not a very old device as it just came out one year back. However, if you have bought the device during its launch, it will go out of the Manufacturer’s warranty soon and it’s better to upgrade to a newer smartphone before the warranty expires.

And, also with the launch of the new OnePlus Nord CE, the resale value of the original OnePlus Nord can even fall down. So, the OnePlus Nord CE would be the best upgrade for you right now. If you use Cashify to sell your old OnePlus Nord, you can easily get anywhere from Rs 15,360 to Rs 18,720.
