India’s smartphone market set a whole new record within the third quarter (July-August-September) of 2020. Going by the latest analysis of Counterpoint’s Market Monitor service, the smartphone market saw the highest-ever shipments in a single quarter. Additionally, the smartphone shipments within the nation grew 9% year-on-year (YoY). This summed up to succeed in over 53 million models within the quarter. Moreover, this record is an all-time excessive for the smartphone market.
