The formula to understanding this best processor for mobile data is to look for the highest score of the SoC. However, TechCenturion has its own matric to analyse the data.

Less than 55 Score: If the processor’s score is 55, you should avoid using or buying the mentioned chipset’s smartphone.

55-70 Score: It is an acceptable score for an SoC. Smartphones with these processors will have occasional lagging issues and might not work very smoothly.

70-100 Score: The processor with these scores is a good SoC. They can perform well in the day-to-day task and will be a champ in handling occasional gaming. However, the older processor might show some heating and throttling issues. This can be considered a negative user experience.

100-125 Score: Best in the overall category. Smartphones with these chipsets should be a must-have for any gadget enthusiast. These SoC deliver excellent performance and are efficient in managing heavy multitasking workloads.

How to understand AnTuTu Benchmark?

AnTuTu scores your SoC on various parameters. Their in-house algorithm tests your system chip and provides an overall score. So naturally, the higher the score, the better the performance is. For example, e.g. a processor with 4,00,000 scores will perform twice as fast compared to an SoC with 2,00,000 scores. AnTuTu has not mentioned any set standard for their scores.

How to understand Geekbench Benchmark?

Geekbench scores are calculated on various matrices. According to Geekbench, each score is measured by performing multiple computation tasks on the SoC. Generally, real-world studies are based on Crypto workloads, floating-point, API analysis, etc. In a nutshell, the higher the score is, the more significant the performance of the mobile processor is.

Which Mobile Processor is Best For Gaming?

The key takeaway here is that if gaming, video editing and heavy multitasking are what make up your primary smartphone usage, the top grade highest-scoring chipsets are the way to go.

However, if you are a casual user who does not impose that much pressure on devices, and just requires seamless browsing, texting and content viewing experience, any of the 70-100 scoring chipsets from the list should be enough. The 55-70 scoring processors are not bad either, but they may lack some performance here and there, that’s why I’m going to recommend it only if you are on a tight budget.
