Garmin Forerunner 970 Highlights

The Garmin Forerunner 970 comes with more advanced features than its previous model. This smartwatch has a lightweight build, a titanium bezel, a sapphire crystal lens with a bright 1.4-inch AMOLED display, and it comes in a 47 mm size. This smartwatch is water-resistant with a 5 ATM rating. It includes a new Garmin Elevate v5 optical heart rate sensor and GPS tracking with multiple satellite systems. Garmin claims that it can last up to 15 days in smartwatch mode, 21–26 hours with GPS tracking settings, which is less than previous models. 

This Garmin smartwatch has useful health features like SpO₂, skin temperature, sleep, stress, recovery, and ECG. It also includes training readiness, recovery insights, dynamic route suggestions, navigation with full-colour maps, and a flashlight for low-light situations.
