Samsung Galaxy M32 Price in India
Samsung Galaxy M32 costs Rs.16,999 for the edition with 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The model with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage costs Rs. 14,999. The Galaxy M32 comes in two colours which include black and light blue. Speaking of the build quality, the Samsung Galaxy M32 is made of plastic which is common with smartphones belonging to the Galaxy M series. There is glass protection on the front, which is corning Gorilla Glass 5. So the build quality is very decent.
Now coming to the design, it resembles the Samsung Galaxy F62. It features a textured back panel with four rear cameras housed in a square-shaped camera module on the top left corner. The front side is designed with an infinity-U notch along with slim bezels and decent sized chin. The overall look is best here.
The 3.5 mm headphone jack has been retained and there is a type-c charging port along with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
Samsung touts the Galaxy M32’s display as one of its standout qualities. Galaxy M32 is marketed by Samsung as a device with a strong focus on the display. The Samsung Galaxy M32 features a 6.4-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz and a peak brightness of 800 nits. Corning Gorilla Glass 5 shields the screen.
Although we were expecting a MediaTek G85 chipset here, however, Samsung has installed the MediaTek G80 chipset in the Galaxy M32, which is based on 12 nm architecture. So, the energy issues are going to be there along with heating problems. The phone comes in two storage configurations, which include 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB.
The device comes pre-installed with Android 11 and One UI 3.1. The Galaxy M32 also supports Dolby Atmos when paired with earbuds for a surround sound impression.
To everyone’s surprise, Samsung has given a 64MP quad-camera setup with this smartphone. Samsung Galaxy M32 features a Quad rear with a 64MP primary lens, followed by an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP macro and a 2MP depth sensor. The only drawback of the rear camera is that it doesn’t support 4K video recording. You can record 1080p videos at 30fps with the rear camera.
On the front, under the infinity-u shaped notch, there is a 20MP selfie camera, which is very impressive, however, again, you can shoot a maximum of 1080p videos with the selfie camera. For photography, the camera setup is pretty excellent, however, for video recording, it is not recommended.
In terms of battery capacity, the new Galaxy M32 is outfitted with a 6000mAh battery from Samsung. The phone comes with a 15W charger, but it can support up to 25W of rapid charging. According to Samsung, the phone has a music playback time of 130 hours, a talk time of 40 hours, and a movie playback time of 25 hours.
Samsung Galaxy M32 is a promising entertainer with a Super AMOLED display. However, the rest of the features are compromised, be it the camera, the fast charging, processor or storage. So, it makes us declare the Galaxy M32 overpriced. Even after availing of the ICICI Bank offer, the price is still too much for this. Instead of Galaxy M32, it is best to go with the Redmi Note 10, which has got a Super AMOLED display along with overall great specs.
