Features Of Android 16 You Will See In Xiaomi Phones
Xiaomi phones have been among the pioneer promoters of Android 16. This time, as per the latest July updates of Android 16, Xiaomi devices eligible for Android 16 will be introduced with the Material 3 Expressive Design. This is a new UI feature that includes fluid animations, cool aesthetics, and an icon upgrade.
Moreover, Android 16 will also introduce cool UI features, such as real-time status bar chips for app updates, adaptive refresh rates, and enhanced UI features like floating bubbles for full-screen apps. For widgets, you will see new, redesigned volume controls and widgets that improve usability. Bundled notifications, cooldown options, and compact heads-up displays streamline alerts. Regarding AI specifications, Android 16 introduces an upgrade for AI features, including Gemini integration and advanced AI services, which are now accessible on almost all phones. The July series updates for Android 16 are already live. The one with the QPR Beta updates is yet to come on all Xiaomi eligible devices. The official rollout has already begun around late June or early July 2025.
