Xiaomi has revealed that the debut of its much-awaited Xiaomi 13 series is planned to happen on December 1, 2022, at 7 pm China time (4:30 pm IST). The Xiaomi 13 lineup is said to feature the vanilla Xiaomi 13 and the Xiaomi 13 Pro. Xiaomi 13S Ultra is suggested to release next year.

Revealed Battery Life Test Of Xiaomi 13 Series
Well, the information about the new smartphones was hinted at by Lei Jun, CEO and Founder of Xiaomi. Jun posted a long message on Weibo. Weibo is a Chinese microblogging website.
It gives some insight into the upcoming Xiaomi 13 series ahead of its official launch. Jun has even expressed his concerns over the thickness and grip of the upcoming phones. But he did not say anything about the smartphone’s battery life.

The Xiaomi 13 offers a 4,700mAh battery. Further, Jun has assured us that the Xiaomi 13 will have a good form factor. Also outstanding battery life.
Moreover, he backed up his claims by revealing the phone’s battery life DOU test. In the image above (via GizmoChina), we see the extraordinary battery COU score accomplished by Xiaomi 13 during normal use in one day.
Well, this score is achieved by the vanilla model in this test. The score is 1.37. This is even higher than the premium Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max. Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max is well appreciated for its battery life. It has a score of 1.28.

Jun even mentions how his R&D unit might have a breakthrough in achieving a smartphone whose battery could last for up to two days.
