The Xiaomi 12 series expects to receive a new member very soon. Xiaomi is working on a Xiaomi 12 Lite 5G phone, which will be out in China and other markets very soon. Now, a new leak has revealed the upcoming smartphone’s specifications. Though there has been no official word from the smartphone manufacturer, tipster Yogesh Brar has leaked the device’s full specifications and pricing. Meanwhile, Xiaomi has recently confirmed the launch of the Xiaomi 12 Pro in India.

According to the source, the Xiaomi 12 Lite is currently being tested in Europe and Asia, and two software versions have been identified: V13.0.0.7.SLIMIXM and V13.0.0.24.SLIEUXM.
Previously, the phone was to have appeared in the IMEI database under the codename ‘taoyao’ and the model number 2203129G. According to rumors, the Xiaomi Civi-inspired 3D edge design and some of the phone’s basic specs will come in the final product.

The smartphone, according to the leak, will have a 6.55-inch AMOLED display with full-HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 778G SoC.
The device is said to have internal storage of 128GB or 256GB and up to 8GB of RAM. According to the leaked specifications, the smartphone will run Android version 12 with the MIUI 13 user interface on top. On the back of the device, there are three cameras.
The smartphone will reportedly include a 16-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. According to reports 4,500mAh battery will power the smartphone that supports 67W fast charging. The specifications that out corresponded to an earlier leak from March.
Other features have an in-display fingerprint scanner and Hi-Res Audio support. It will also have 5G connectivity, dual-band Wi-Fi, and other features. In addition to the main camera, wide-angle and macro lenses are in the works.
