Realme confirmed the Realme GT Neo 5 5G‘s launch via a teaser poster. The handset will make its official debut in China on February 9, 2023, at 2 PM local time. However, the brand is yet to reveal the global launch date of the handset. Furthermore, the poster also reveals that the phone will offer 240W fast charging support. Moreover, the smartphone will succeed the Realme GT Neo 3 5G that was launched in 2022.

Realme GT Neo 5: Specifications (Expected)
Previous listings and leaks reveal that the handset will come with a Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 SoC along with 16GB of RAM. The handset will run on Android 13. Moreover, the handset scored 1,279 points and 3,902 points in the single-core in multi-core tests, respectively. Sources suggest that it will feature a 6.74-inch OLED display with a full-HD Plus (1,240×2,722 pixels) resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate.
The handset will likely feature a triple rear camera unit led by a 50-megapixel Sony IMX90 primary camera. Along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. Additionally, it will also include a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies and video chats. Lastly, the handset will offer 240W fast charging support. Moreover, in the coming days, the company may reveal more information regarding its design, specifications and other details.
