Realme has officially announced that the Realme 16x 5G will launch in India on August 12 at 12 PM IST. The upcoming budget 5G smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor and feature a 144 Hz refresh rate display for smoother visuals. One of its key highlights is the massive 7,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support, promising extended battery life.
The handset is also expected to offer a 50MP AI rear camera, Android 16-based Realme UI, and multiple storage options of up to 6GB RAM and 256GB storage. Expected to be priced between Rs. 15,000 and Rs. 18,000, the Realme 16x 5G is set to strengthen the brand's presence in India's competitive budget 5G smartphone segment.
