While pre-orders for the Nintendo Switch 2 were delayed due to the Trump tariffs, U.S. fans finally got their chance to secure a console starting April 24, with major retailers like GameStop, Walmart, Best Buy, and Target offering it. Nintendo fans now have a second chance to pre-order the Switch 2 ahead of its June 5 launch. To fight against scalpers, Nintendo is offering pre-order invites directly through its website.

Priority is given to those with a 12-month Switch Online subscription and at least 50 hours of gameplay on the original Switch. Pre-order invite emails are being sent out now, and those who receive one will have 72 hours to secure their console. New invites will continue to be issued until May 12, while supplies last.
