More details on the Motorola Moto E40 have surfaced online, indicating that it will be launching soon. The smartphone may include a 90Hz refresh rate display, an octa-core chipset, and a triple camera arrangement on the back. The Motorola Moto E40 was spotted on Geekbench earlier this month; indicating that it will include an octa-core Unisoc SOC, 4GB of RAM, and a 5,000mAh battery. Motorola is yet to confirm the full specifications of the smartphone.

Evan Blass (@evleaks), a well-known tipster, has shared an image of the upcoming Motorola Moto E40, which reveals a triple back camera configuration with a 48-megapixel main sensor. According to the tweet, Moto E40 may come with a 6.5-inch HD+ Max Vision display with a 90Hz refresh rate and an undisclosed octa-core chipset. There are no more details in the tweet.

The Moto E40 was spotted on Geekbench early this month, according to a previous report. The smartphone appears to run Android 11 and runs on an octa-core Unisoc CPU, according to the benchmarking website. It also indicates that the Moto E40 will have at least 4GB of RAM. The smartphone is also likely to include 64GB of inbuilt storage and a 5,000mAh battery that supports 10W charging, according to the report.

In other Motorola-related news, the Lenovo-owned brand may reportedly launch two new products during Flipkart’s Big Billion Day Sale 2021. The new products may be a tablet — Moto Tab 8 — and a TV. A launch event for Motorola is scheduled for October 1 — as mentioned on the dedicated microsite by Flipkart — but it doesn’t specify which devices will be unveiled.
