Prior to its launch in China, the iQOO Neo 7S Racing Edition specifications have leaked online. Tipster Mukul Sharma shared the key specs of the upcoming phone on Twitter. As per the leaks, the handset will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen1 processor and 16GB of RAM, which can be further expanded. The device will also support Android 13 with the company’s skin OriginOS 3.

The upcoming handset will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen1 processor along with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. According to the leaks, it can “expand” virtual RAM by an additional 8GB, using unutilised storage, for up to 24GB of memory. The device will run on Android 13 out-of-the-box with the company’s skin OriginOS 3 on top.
Regarding the camera configuration, the handset comes with a 50-megapixel primary camera and optical image stabilisation (OIS). The leaks suggest that the smartphone will feature an AMOLED display with a Full-HD Plus resolution. Additionally, the handset will come with a 120Hz refresh rate and a centre-aligned hole-punch cutout for a selfie camera. Moreover, the device has a 5000 mAh battery capacity and 120W fast charging support. However, the company has made no official announcement regarding its specifications. Thus there are chances that the upcoming handset may come with different features.
