Flipkart Minutes, the quick delivery service from Flipkart, is expanding in India. It started in August 2024 and delivers things like groceries, electronics, and personal care items in just 10–15 minutes. Kanchan Mishra, a top leader at Flipkart Minutes, spoke about this at the Startup Mahakumbh event on April 4, 2025.
Flipkart Minutes Reaches 14 Cities
Flipkart Minutes is now in 14 cities in India and has over 200 small stores called dark stores. These stores help deliver items super fast. It began in a few parts of Bengaluru and is growing quickly. Mishra said, “We’re moving fast and working with brands to make things better.” People want quick delivery, lots of choices, and good prices—and it is is giving them that. The company plans to add 500–550 more stores before its big sale, the Big Billion Days, later in 2025.

People Love Fast Delivery
Mishra explained that customers are changing. They want things delivered fast, and they also want good options and deals. At first, young people like Gen Z used Flipkart Minutes the most. Now, homemakers—who shop a lot in India—are using it too. This means more kinds of people are trying quick delivery. Mishra said, “Quick delivery makes life easier.” While Flipkart Minutes has 200+ stores, other companies like Zepto (900+ stores), Swiggy Instamart (705), and Blinkit (1,007) have more.
