The latest BGMI 4.3 Update features are now live, bringing a major overhaul to Battlegrounds Mobile India with new gameplay modes, UI improvements, and exciting collaborations. The update introduces the “Evolving Universe” theme while also bringing back the fan-favorite Ancient Secret mode with a fresh twist.
Krafton has rolled out the update in phases starting March 19, 2026, with more content scheduled to arrive in the coming weeks. The update aims to deliver a more immersive and modern gaming experience for players across India.
BGMI 4.3 Update Features: Ancient Secret Mode Returns With New Gameplay
One of the biggest highlights of the BGMI 4.3 Update features is the return of the Ancient Secret: Arise mode. This mode transforms the classic Erangel map into an Egyptian-themed battleground filled with mysteries and challenges.

Key features of Ancient Secret mode:
- The Sand Giant, a massive moving boss across the map
- The Emperor Temple, a floating pyramid with puzzles and high-tier loot
- Pharaoh boss fights with rewarding drops
- Scarab Charms that offer an extra recall during sandstorm battles
The themed mode will be available from April 8 to May 19, giving players plenty of time to explore and enjoy the revamped experience.
New UI, IPL Collaborations, and Gameplay Upgrades
The BGMI 4.3 Update features also include major improvements beyond the themed mode, making it one of the biggest updates so far.

- New Specialization System with roles like Recon, Combat, and Healing
- New weapon: M1 Garand sniper rifle with unique melee action
- Card Collection system to unlock rewards through progression

- Special skins, emotes, and themed in-game events
The collaborations will roll out in phases, starting with Chennai Super Kings on March 21, followed by Kolkata Knight Riders on March 25.
