Made by Ndemic Creations, this game is an insurgency simulator that places you in the role of an administrator or a governor who has control of a small region. You will be forced to manage resources while under pressure from the civilians and insurgents who will try to take your territory.

Build public facilities like crop development water and sanitation, and deploy troops both local and foreign. Deal with the diplomatic hassles of managing a volatile country and save the day, if you can.

Available both on Android and IOS, Rebel inc. is the best arcade game if you like a bit of real-world strategy too.

    3. Plague inc.: 68MB

Made by the same creator as Rebel inc., Plague inc. is published by Miniclip games.

The objective of this game is to create a virtual virus or pathogen that can infect the entire world! Sounds uncanny? Even more so when you consider that this game came out much before the COVID pandemic.

When the author tried to simulate the Covid-19 pandemic by recreating the virus inside the game, he found that the virus spread to all countries of the world in two years. That’s close to how fast it spread in real life.

    4. Vector: 89MB

This 2D side scroller is a Parkour and free running game where you escape your enemies by running across rooftops, jumping dangerous gaps, vaulting over obstacles, and outsmarting your pursuers.

With minimalistic blue, grey, black, and white graphics, this game is sure to make an impression. There are a couple of instalments of this game and some paid versions as well.

Get it on Android or iOS.

    5. Among Us: 120MB

You probably saw a certain now-iconic Red Spacesuit on YouTube or Instagram recently, as it has been making waves. A game of teamwork, betrayal and sci-fi horror, Among Us, has you perform routine maintenance to keep a spaceship working despite hidden sabotage.

The Impostor, one of the players, is tasked with eliminating the space crew, and the others have to stay alive to figure out who it is. They may vote on who is the Impostor, ejecting him. The Crew wins if the Impostor is ejected, but loses if they fail to eject him after multiple tries.
