Xiaomi Redmi 9 is finally launched in India. It is a rebranded version of Redmi 9C and there’s a different phone with the same name available in the global markets. The phone sports a flamboyant Aura Edge Design and has a 5,000 mAh battery under the hood. Xiaomi did make some quite considerable cutbacks when compared to the original Redmi 9C although this has enabled it to bring down the price considerably to the affordable budget segment.
Xiaomi Redmi 9 Price in India
Xiaomi unveiled the Redmi 9 in India on August 27. It is a rebranded version of Redmi 9C and note that there’s already a different Xiaomi Redmi 9 available in the global markets. The price commences at a price tag of Rs.8,999/- for its entry-level 64GB+4GB RAM while the higher 128GB+4GB variant goes for sale at Rs.9,999/- starting at noon on August 31 on Amazon India and Mi.com. The phone will be available in retail stores and Mi Home stores at a later date.
