Samsung Galaxy A01 Core Launched In Indonesia

Samsung Galaxy A01 Core has quietly launched as an Android Go edition smartphone in Indonesia. It features 1GB of RAM and has an unknown 1.5GHz quad-core chipset. It also comes in 16GB and 32GB internal storage variants.

The bezels on the phone are quite traditional and sport a 5.3″ display screen. It also packs a battery of 3,000mAh.

Price and Availability

Samsung Galaxy A01 Core is tagged at IDR 1,099,000 which is around Rs 5,500. It is available in two storage variants 16GB and 32 GB. Though, the smartphone is pricing at IDR 999,000 which is around Rs 5,000 till July 23 as an introductory price.

The Samsung Galaxy A01 Core comes in Blue, Black, and Red color options.

Specifications

The smartphone features a 5.3-inch HD+ with a resolution of 720 x 1480 pixels and a TFT LCD display. Additionally, it is having an unknown quad-core SoC clocking at 1.5GHz.  It packs 1GB of RAM, up to 32GB of storage, and supports the expansion of storage via dedicated microSD card support (up to 512GB).

Samsung Galaxy A01 Core has an 8-megapixel single rear camera with an f/2.2 aperture, autofocus support, and digital zoom of up to 4x. It also features a 5-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. The battery is packed with 3,000mAh.

The company claims it offers up to 17 hours of 4G talk time. Connectivity options include Micro-USB port, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
