OPPO F19 Pro

Oppo has launched the F19 series globally and has unveiled some of the devices belonging to this lineup. One of the latest smartphones from this new series is OPPO F19 Pro. OPPO has revealed this device for serving the mid-range category and stuffed it with some of the latest features. Let us look at this device for knowing what it has got for the users before the sale begins in the Indian smartphone market.

Oppo F19 Pro price in India

OPPO F19 Pro belongs to the mid-range category and comes in two variants, one with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage and another with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. OPPO F19 Pro price for the base variant is Rs.21,490 and you can pre-order this smartphone from Amazon before the official sale begins. The colour options include Fluid Black and Space Silver.

The design of the OPPO F19 Pro is orderly and clean with an almost bezel-less screen on the front, featuring a punch-hole on the top left corner for housing the selfie camera. On the rear side, the smartphone has been designed with a Quad-camera setup placed on a rectangular camera bump with an LED flash adjacent to it. Looking at the rear, the fresh look adds more to the aesthetics of the Oppo F19 Pro and feels awesome in hand with just 7.8mm thickness and 172 grams of weight.

There are an in-display biometric fingerprint scanner and a USB 2.0 charging port along with a 3.5mm headphone jack and a speaker grille on the bottom side. The power button is on the right side and the volume rockers are placed on the left side at a reachable location. The smartphone comes with Gorilla Glass 6 protection on both the front and backside.

The display of OPPO F19 Pro measures 6.43-inches and comes with a pixel density of 409PPI. The Super AMOLED panel is almost bezel-less and features a resolution of 1080 pixels along with 90.80% screen resolution, 135Hz of touch sampling rate, 430nits of brightness and 60Hz of refresh rate. The overall display quality is best but there should have been a higher refresh rate.

OPPO has offered 8GB RAM with OPPO F19 Pro along with 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone features the MediaTek Helio P95 processor for deriving its power and the graphics are handled by the IMG 9XM-HP-HP8 GPU.

On the software front, OPPO F19 Pro runs on Android 11 with ColorOS 11.1 skin on top for providing a smooth user interface. As for the connectivity, the latest device from the Oppo brand is compatible with Wi-Fi. A-GPS, Bluetooth 5.0, 4G VoLTE networks and mobile hotspot etc.  

OPPO F19 Pro comes a 48MP Quad-camera setup on the rear side, which includes a 48MP main sensor followed by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, a 2MP portrait camera and a 2MP macro camera. Some of the additional features included in the rear camera setup of this smartphone are Digital Zoom, LED Flash, Face Detection, Exposure compensation, ISO control and HDR Mode etc.

On the front side, the Oppo F19 Pro comes with a single camera setup for capturing selfies. The selfie camera includes a 16MP sensor for capturing flawless shots.

This latest device from OPPO comes with a 4220 mAh Li-ion battery under the hood for ensuring uninterrupted usage. For refilling the battery within no time, OPPO made this device compatible with 30W VOOC Flash Charge 4.0 for ensuring 3.2 hours of talk-time on charging the device for 5 minutes.
