Realme 9i 5G, the company’s newest low-cost smartphone, will go on sale in India on August 18, 2022. Renders of the phone that give us a better notion of its look have surfaced online days before its launch. They give us a clearer view of the phone’s “laser light” design and triple rear cameras. The phone will reportedly come in black and gold as the only two colour options. There is already a webpage for the phone, and Flipkart will be its lone online retailer.
Realme 9i 5G Specifications (Expected)
It has been verified that the MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC, together with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, powers the smartphone. The device is reportedly said to include a 5,000mAh battery with 18W rapid charging capabilities. The Realme 9i variant that debuted a few weeks ago appears to be extremely similar to the device from the looks of it.
The smartphone will be offered in Black and Gold, according to the leaks that tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore posted on Twitter. As indicated before, the renders show the phone’s triple camera setup on the back, which may have a 50-megapixel primary sensor and two 2-megapixel auxiliary cameras for depth and macro photography. We might get a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies.
The smartphone has flat edges with buttons for power and volume on the right and left, respectively. We also get a glimpse of the front, which has a thick bottom chin and a dewdrop notch on top for the selfie camera. Although the size of the display is unknown, it might be a 6.6-inch Full HD+ LCD panel. The smartphone will roughly cost around Rs. 15,000 in India.
