One UI 9 For Samsung S24 Series And Fold 6 Series Arrives With New Upgrades
Samsung has officially expanded its stable One UI 9 update, based on Android 17, to the Galaxy S24 series as well as the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Galaxy Z Flip6. Following an initial release in South Korea, the rollout has now reached the United States.
Carrier-locked S24 variants on AT&T and T-Mobile, alongside unlocked Galaxy Z Fold6 and Flip6 models, are among the first to receive the over-the-air firmware, with other regions expected shortly.

Here are the rollout details of the One UI 9 for Samsung S24 series release:
- Base OS: Android 17 with One UI 9.
- Firmware Versions: Ends in EZIF (Galaxy S24 series), F956U1UEU4EZIH (Galaxy Z Fold6), and F741U1UEU4EZIH (Galaxy Z Flip6).
- Download Size: Roughly 3.5 GB to 4 GB.
- Security Patch: September 2026 level.
How to Upgrade?
- Go to Settings on your eligible Galaxy smartphone.
- Scroll down and tap Software update.
- Select Download and install to trigger the update manually.
