Motorola Edge 50 Ultra Launch Date Revealed, Will Use This Chipset

Motorola has announced the launch date of its flagship, the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra. The phone will debut globally on April 16, 2024, alongside the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion and Motorola Edge 50 Pro. Motorola Edge 50 Ultra To Launch With Snapdragon 8s Gen 3

Motorola has revealed that the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra will launch on the date April 16, 2024. In global markets, the phone will arrive alongside the Edge 50 Fusion and the Edge 50 Pro.

According to teasers, the phone will use the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor. Tipster Yogesh Brar has also confirmed this and revealed the specifications of the Edge 50 Ultra.

The phone will feature a 6.7-inch curved 1.5K OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Moreover, the Edge 50 Ultra could be among the first phones to debut with Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 if it launches in India.

It will ship with Hello UI based on Android 14 and will be available in three colours. The Peach Fuzz and Black variants will have vegan leather, while the Sisal variant will have a brushed finish.

For optics, the phone will boast a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 50-megapixel ultrawide and a 50-megapixel telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom. On the front, there will be a 50-megapixel selfie shooter.

The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra packs a 4,500mAh battery with 125W wired and 50W wireless charging support. Moreover, the phone will have an IP68 rating and could have a price tag of around Rs.45,000 to Rs.50,000 if it launches in India.
