Motorola will soon launch the Motorola Edge 50 Pro in India. At the event, the company could also announce the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion, the successor to the Motorola Edge 30 Fusion. The phone could launch in India soon with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset and a dual camera setup. Motorola Edge 50 Fusion Could Launch On April 3 In India

According to a new leak by Android Headlines, the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion specifications and renders have been revealed. The phone could debut on April 3, 2024, alongside the Motorola Edge 50 Pro in India.

The Motorola Edge 50 Fusion has a curved display with a centre punch hole cutout and slim bezels surrounding it. Moreover, you get a dual camera setup on the back and a Motorola logo in the centre.

It will be available in Ballad Blue, Peacock Pink and Tidal Teal colours. The Ballad Blue has a vegan leather finish, while the rest will sport a textured back.

Furthermore, the report claims the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion will cost around Rs.25,000 in India and will have an IP68 rating. It will compete against the Nothing Phone (2A), Realme Narzo 70 Pro, iQOO Z9 and the Poco X6 5G.

Specifications Of The Phone

The Motorola Edge 50 Fusion will sport a Full-HD+ 6.7-inch pOLED curved screen, likely with a 144Hz refresh rate. Furthermore, the screen will have Gorilla Glass 5 for protection.

The Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset will power the phone paired with 8GB of RAM. It will run on Android 14 out of the box and offer 256GB of storage.

The phone’s optics include a 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS and a 13-megapixel ultrawide-angle lens. On the front, there is a 32-megapixel selfie shooter.

The Motorola Edge 50 Fusion will pack a 5,000mAh battery with 68W wired charging, although the report states charger won’t be included in the box. The phone will have an IP68 rating, making it one of the few phones to offer such a high IP rating in this range.
