BGMI has finally released its highly anticipated 3.1 update for all its users. The new update brings a new Skyhigh Spectacle mode inspired by an Arabian theme. This update also adds magic carpets, treasure hunts and a dance grenade. Furthermore, you also get a new WOW mode with unique features apart from new events, including Mumbai Indians and Bentley collaboration. Here is everything you need to know about the BGMI 3.1 update.
BGMI 3.1 Update Now Available To Download
The BGMI 3.1 update has a download size of 0.95 GB on Android and a size of 2.5GB on iOS devices. Furthermore, this new update drops support for Android 4.4 and iOS 10 or above devices, meaning if you have an old smartphone, you won’t be able to play it.

It is currently available for players to download on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. This is due to the upgraded Helpshift feature, which does not support these older operating systems.

- Skyhigh Spectacle Mode: The BGMI 3.1 update adds a new Skyhigh Spectacle mode, drawing inspiration from the “One Thousand and One Nights.” This mode will allow players to participate in treasure hunts across three maps, including Erangel, Miramar, and Livik.
- WOW Mode: The new WOW mode is available in the beta. It offers players unique adventures like Dinosaur vs. Motorbikes, Trap Park, and a classic game of hide-and-seek.
- Sky Castle: As part of the Skyhigh Spectacle Mode, players can visit the Sky Castle, a new hot-drop with unique rewards and challenges in two versions: day and night. During the day, players can engage in intense gunfights, while at night, they can sneak around to reclaim their loot.
- Magic Carpet: You can soar the skies with the new magic carpet, which provides a new way to travel around the map in the BGMI 3.1 update
- Sinbad Treasure Ship: In Erangel, players can get aboard Sinbad’s Treasure Ship to win exciting loot and embark on a new adventure
- Divine Power Throwing: Players can utilise this feature to unleash the power of the lamp genie on the battlefield.
New Royale Pass, Season & Events
- Royal Pass 5 Radiant Bloom: The new Royale Pass 5 Radiant Bloom brings new rewards, including an upgradeable pan skin.
- Bentley Collaboration: Krafton has collaborated with Bentley Motors to bring Bentley cars with the BGMI 3.1 update
- New Season C6S16: The update also adds a new Season CS616 with new challenges for players to complete and rise through the leaderboards
- Mumbai Indians Collaboration: The new update also brings Mumbai Indians cosmetic items, including four skins: DP-28, Backpack, Dacia, and Mumbai Indians outfit.
