Lava is gearing up to release a new smartphone called the Agni 2S. It will have similar specifications to the Lava Agni 2 that arrived earlier this year. The Lava Agni 2S leak indicates it will launch later this month with one major change.

According to a report by 91Mobiles, the Lava Agni 2S leak suggests it will have similar specifications to the Lava Agni 2, except it will ship with a different processor. The phone will launch in India in the coming weeks, and we could get more details soon.

It will likely arrive at a similar price tag and cater to the under Rs.25,000 segment. The Lava Agni 2 has a price tag of Rs.21,999 for the 8+256GB variant. The Agni 2S could use a Snapdragon chipset instead of the MediaTek found on the Agni 2.
Lava Agni 2S Expected Specifications
The Lava Agni 2S will sport a 6.78-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED curved panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. Moreover, the screen could have a peak brightness of 950 nits and a pixel density of 338 PPI.

The Lava Agni 2S will have a different processor than the one found on the Agni 2. It could be a Snapdragon or MediaTek chip better than the Dimensity 7050 on the Agni 2. The phone will run on Android 13 out of the box and could have 256GB of internal storage

On the back, the Agni 2S could feature a 50-megapixel primary camera and an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens. In addition, there could be a 2-megapixel macro sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, there is likely to be a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
The Agni 2S could pack a 4,700mAh battery with support for 66W fast charging. For connectivity, you can expect Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS,13 5G Bands, and USB-C for charging. It will likely weigh around 210 grams and have 8.75mm of slimness.
