iQOO has revealed the rollout timeline for OriginOS 7, its Android 17-based software update, for 13 smartphones in India. According to the schedule shared by iQOO India CEO Nipun Marya on X, the rollout will begin with the iQOO 15 in late October 2026 and continue until the end of February 2027.
The update will reach eligible smartphones in phases, with newer flagship models scheduled to receive it first. Owners of the iQOO 15, iQOO 13, iQOO 12 and Neo series phones can check the expected rollout windows below to find out when their devices are due for the upgrade.

These are planned rollout windows rather than guaranteed update dates.
The company also notes that the schedule does not cover carrier-exclusive models, whose update timelines will be determined by the respective carriers.

iQOO 15 Will Get the Update First
The iQOO 15 is scheduled to receive OriginOS 7 by the end of October 2026, making it the first phone on this particular rollout list. The iQOO 15R and iQOO 13 are next in line, with their updates planned for mid-November.
The rollout will expand to the iQOO 12, IQOO Neo 10 and IQOO Neo 10R in mid-December. Users with these devices will therefore have to wait longer than owners of the latest flagship model.
Several Z series smartphones are scheduled for early 2027. The iQOO Neo9 Pro and listed Z series models are expected to receive the update by the end of January, while the iQOO Z10x 5G is scheduled for the final phase in February 2027.

What to Expect From OriginOS 7
OriginOS 7 is based on Android 17 and brings changes to the software interface, animations and overall user experience. The new software also focuses on system performance, AI-powered features and improvements across everyday smartphone functions.
