On Tuesday, the iQoo Neo 8 series was introduced in China. The iQoo Neo 8 and iQoo Neo 8 Pro models are part of the series. Three different colour options are available for the handsets. According to the iQoo Neo 8 series leaks the smartphones’ 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED screens have a refresh rate of 144Hz. On top of Android 13 OS, they use Origin OS 3.0. The 5,000mAh batteries inside the phones support 120W rapid charging. Both devices include Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity and 5G compatibility.

iQoo Neo 8: Specs and More Details
The iQoo Neo 8’s base 12GB + 256GB model costs around Rs. 29,300. Meanwhile, the 12GB + 512GB and 16GB + 512GB models are priced at approximately Rs. 32,800 and Rs. 36,400, respectively.
On the other hand, the market prices of the 16GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB versions of the iQoo Neo 8 Pro are approximately Rs. 38,700 and Rs. 42,300, respectively.
Night Rock, Match Point, and Surf are the three colour options for both iQoo Neo 8 smartphones. Pre-orders for the devices began on May 23; the phones will be available for purchase starting May 31.
The iQoo Neo 8 and iQoo Neo 8 Pro boast a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, featuring a 144Hz refresh rate and 2160Hz PWM dimming. The Pro model has slightly curved edges.
The octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC and Adreno GPU power the iQoo Neo 8, while the Neo 8 Pro has an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset and Immortalis-G715 GPU. The series has up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage and 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM. On top of Android 13 OS, they use Origin OS 3.0.
According to the iQoo Neo 8 series leaks, it has a 50-megapixel main sensor and a 2-megapixel sensor with a bokeh lens for optics, while the iQoo Neo 8 Pro has an 8-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide lens and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX866V main sensor. Both variants of the phone feature a centrally positioned 16-megapixel front camera sensor, nestled within two hole-punch slots at the top of the display.
Both smartphones provide a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging capabilities. The iQoo Neo 8 and Neo 8 Pro have in-display fingerprint scanners and USB Type-C charging connections. They have connectivity for 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, and NFC.

The iQoo Neo 8 series’ Match Point (red) variation has a leatherback finish and is thicker in stature. The vanilla iQoo Neo 8 in the Night Rock and Surf colours weighs 194.6 grammes and has dimensions of 164.72mm x 77mm x 8.36mm. The iQoo Neo 8 Match Point model has dimensions of 164.72mm x 77mm x 8.53mm and a weight of 189.5 grammes.
The iQoo Neo 8 Pro weighs 192.3 grammes for the Match Point variation and 196.9 for the Night Rock and Surf variants. The Pro versions and the entry-level model have similar size requirements.
