iPhone 13 series rumours are ramping up as it gets near its’ launch event. We already know that Apple’s next-gen flagship offering is expecting to launch on September 14, 2021. However, this time around, we expect more changes and updates in the devices than their predecessors. Moreover, we also know of the premium range models like iPhone 13 Pro models in the series. Now, leaks are surfacing online on the same suggesting some key highlights.

Just two days ahead of Apple’s annual iPhone event, reputable analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has outlined expected storage capacities for the iPhone 13 lineup. According to a research note by Kuo, the upcoming lineup will begin with 128GB of storage. This means there will be no 64GB option for any model. According to MacRumors, Kuo also notes the Pro variants will be available with up to 1TB of storage. It would be the largest capacity ever offered for an iPhone.
Earlier leaks also suggested the same hinting that Apple may reportedly include 1TB storage for its iPhone 13 Pro variants. It also specifically mentioned Pro models to have this storage variant and not the other variants. Now, this will be a big step towards bringing the gap Apple has failed to cover in terms of storage. This becomes more of a pronounced issue as Samsung began offering a 1TB phone with the Galaxy S10 series almost two years ago.

Meanwhile, MacRumors also notes that Kuo mentions his breakdown on the expected storage capacity for the lineup. According to him, iPhone 13 mini and iPhone 13 will have 128GB, 256GB, 512GB storage options. Whereas the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max will have the same storage options as above but in addition, will have a 1TB storage option added in the mix.
