iOS 17 New Features
iOS 17 brings various new features for iPhone users, including a new Standby mode where you keep the iPhone in landscape mode while charging to view useful information. This can show you time, calendar, photos from your gallery, weather, music controls, widgets, sports scores or updates from your food delivery app.
Next is the Contact Posters feature, which lets you create a personalized calling screen that will show up on someone else’s iPhone when you call them. You can choose a picture or a Memoji and customize the background and the font according to your liking. This feature also works with third-party phone apps.
There is also a new Namedrop feature that lets you share contacts by holding two iPhones close to each other. You can choose the email address or the phone number you wish to share.
