Leaks: Oppo PDSM00 Specs On Geekbench

A new high-end Oppo smartphone with model number PDSM00 has emerged at Geekbench. This listing comes with key specifications and managed to score impressive benchmark results. However, it is unclear what this model number OPPOPDSM00 phone will eventually be called. This model number suggests it to be for China. It could launch under the Reno, Ace, or A series in China.

The smartphone in the listing could be the upcoming Oppo Reno5 Pro smartphone. This can mean it will be launching soon.

Oppo PDSM00 Listing and Specifications

On Geekbench, the Oppo Reno5 listing mentions a MediaTek chipset that has a base frequency of 2.0GHz. The SoC mentions its MT6889Z/CVA model number. Moreover, it confirms the device powers on the Dimensity 1000+ 5G chipset.

This comes with 8GB RAM and Android 11 OS. It could mean it will be a fairly powerful smartphone with latest OS. It is unclear when the Oppo PDSM00 will launch. However, we can speculate it to be 2021. This is all the information we know about the device as of now. 

Earlier this month, Oppo announced the K7x price and specifications as the phone went official in China. It sports a 6.5-inch FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a corner punch-hole cutout. The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 720 SoC paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.

The smartphone’s price in China is set at RMB 1,399 (around Rs.15,600).
