Xiaomi Redmi K40S Launch in India
Following the Redmi K50 and the Redmi K50 Pro, the Xiaomi Redmi K40S was also recently introduced in China. The Redmi K40, which was introduced the previous year, is this device’s older sibling. It was first made available to the public in March of 2022. The Redmi K40S builds upon the success of its predecessor, the K40, by introducing a number of changes that improve both the design and the functions of the smartphone.
Xiaomi Redmi K40S Price in India
The basic variant of the Redmi K40S comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage and can be purchased for CNY 1,799 (about Rs. 21,500). A model of the smartphone with 8GB of memory and 128GB of storage can be purchased for CNY 1,999 (about Rs. 23,900), while a model with 8GB of memory and 256GB of storage can be purchased for CNY 2,199 (roughly Rs. 26,300). In the meanwhile, consumers have the option of purchasing a high-end variant with 12GB of memory and 256GB of storage for CNY 2,399. (roughly Rs. 28,700). The Redmi K40S is offered in a variety of colour choices, including Aurora, Black, Green, and Silver.
In China, consumers may now buy the smartphone directly from the manufacturer’s online store. There is no word yet from Xiaomi on when the smartphone would be made available in other countries, including India.
