Realme X7 Max 5G price in India is Rs. 26,999. The Realme X7 Max is going to start on June 4, 2021, from noon. This is the 8 GB RAM / 128 GB internal storage base version of the Realme X7 Max, which has been made available in Mercury Silver, Asteroid Black and Milky Way colour options.

The first thing that you’ll notice about the Realme X7 Max 5G while holding it is the compactness that it has been designed with. The overall design on the rear side can be separated into two parts, one with a textured finish and another with a shiny finish and holding the camera module and the branding on it. It looks pretty cool. 

One of the highlighting features in terms of design is the lightweight of the Realme X7 Max 5G, which comes with 179 grams and 8.5mm thickness which is very impressive for a flagship device.  The screen to body ratio on the front is 91.7% and that is the reason for its compactness. The bezels around the punch-hole screen are very minimal. The chin is also very small here. There is a fast in-display fingerprint sensor. 

Speaking of the ports and buttons, there is a 3.5mm headphone jack along with a Type-C charging port, speaker grille and a microphone. There is a power button on the left edge, while the top side features a noise cancellation microphone. The SIM card tray (no dedicated slot for SD card) and the volume rockers are there on the right side. Also, there is IPx4 certification. 

Realme X7 Max flaunts a 6.43-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a pixel density of 409PPI, for providing rich and crisp visuals along with a 120Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate. For a better viewing experience, the bezel-less display has an immersive Punch-hole design and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The display comes protected with DragonTrail Glass. 

Realme X7Max will be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset, which is a beast in terms of performance. Along with a 120Hz refresh rate and superfast 5G, the gaming experience is going to be awesome.

Realme X7 Max 5G comes with 12GB of RAM and a UFS 3.1 128GB internal storage space that cannot be extended.  The Realme X7Max will come pre-installed with Android 11 with Realme UI 2.0. The smartphone supports 5G, dual sim VoLTE (Nano + Nano), Wi-Fi 6, GPS, NFC, and Bluetooth 5.1 for connectivity.

The multimedia experience is going to be awesome with the Dual Stereo Dolby Atmos speakers. Apart from this, the smartphone features a cooling system made of stainless steel and copper, which will further enhance the gaming experience. 

Coming to the camera, it is quite good, however in comparison to X7 Pro, features slight fewer specs. There is a triple rear camera featuring a 64MP main camera, a 2MP macro and an 8MP ultrawide sensor.  On the front, there is a 16MP selfie camera. The picture quality here is not that great but average. In normal conditions, you’ll get good colours with a better dynamic range. The low light performance is not up to the mark. 

You’ll get 4K video recording support here at 30fps and some of the major features supported by the camera setup include EIS, UIS, UIS Max and ultra steady mode. 

Under the hood, there is a large 4500 mAh battery for offering a full day power back up and not only this, there is a whopping 50W fast charging support, which is capable of refilling the battery within 16 minutes upto 50% according to Realme. Also, there is a Type-C charging port for connecting the charger.

Speaking particularly of the Dimensity 1200, it makes the overall deal very interesting. There is an excellent display and extra fast-charging compatibility. Everything is superb here, but the camera makes things a little disappointing as it is not as special as it should have been. If you are okay with this and you wish to have a smartphone for gaming only then this is not a bad choice.
