Renowned tipster Kacper Skrzypek, known as @kacskrz on Twitter, shared a screengrab revealing the Redmi 12 listed on Redmi’s official Portugal website. The leaked information suggests that the phone will be available in multiple variations. Offering 4GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of inbuilt storage options. The leaked screenshot also indicates that the Xiaomi Redmi 12 will have a starting price of EUR 209.99 (approximately Rs. 18,600). It’s important to note that the listing could not be independently verified. So it’s advisable to approach this information with caution.
Moreover, the leaked image showcases the Xiaomi Redmi 12 in three captivating colour options: Black, Blue, and White. This vibrant range of colours is likely to appeal to a wide range of users.
Specifications (Expected)
The upcoming handset will most likely sport a 6.79-inch full-HD+ display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. Moreover, it will come with an octa-core MediaTek Helio G88 SoC. Paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of inbuilt storage.
In terms of camera configuration, the handset will feature a triple rear camera unit led by a 50-megapixel primary sensor. Along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide unit, and a 2-megapixel sensor. The back panel, as seen in the leaked image, showcases the vertical placement of the two main camera units, accompanied by an LED flash unit.
