Xiaomi is planning to launch its flagship Xiaomi 14 in India soon. The company unveiled the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro in China in October.

A new report has leaked the launch date for the Xiaomi 14 in India, and the smartphone could arrive early next year. Here is everything you need to know about its possible release date.

According to tipster Yogesh Brar, the Xiaomi 14 could arrive in India and globally at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in February. The Mobile World Congress will take place from February 26 to February 29, 2024.

Furthermore, the tipster claims the launch could take place on February 27, with a global and India debut happening on the same day. However, a report by 91Mobiles claims February 25 as the launch date.

Xiaomi 14 is the company’s flagship phone and could be one of the first devices in India to debut with HyperOS out of the box. The phone also received certification from the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), hinting at an imminent release.

The Xiaomi 14 sports a 6.36-inch 1.5K AMOLED LTPO panel with 120Hz refresh rate. Furthermore, the screen has Gorilla Glass Victus for protection and a peak brightness of 3000 nits.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset powers the phone paired with up to 16GB of RAM. It runs on HyperOS based on Android 14 out of the box with up to 1TB of internal storage.

For optics, the Xiaomi 14 has a 50-megapixel primary camera, 50-megapixel ultrawide angle lens and 50-megapixel telephoto sensor. On the front, there is a 32-megapixel shooter for taking selfies.

The phone packs a 4,610mAh battery with support for 90W wired, 50W wireless and 10W reverse wireless charging. In addition, the phone has an IP68 rating, NFC and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
