A report suggests that WhatsApp is testing the split screen feature on Android tablets with beta testers. With the addition of this feature, users will be able to do two different things on the same screen.

With the Split View feature, users will be able to open the chat window and chat list at the same time. It is being told that the option of the split screen will also be available in the call and status tab. According to the website WABetaInfo, which leaked this feature of WhatsApp, WhatsApp is working on adding a split screen to the tablet version.

The report has also shared a screenshot showing how the feature will look once it is rolled out. After the introduction of this feature, users will be able to switch between conversations and multitasking very easily. At present, this feature is available only for Android beta users. It is expected that very soon it will be rolled out to other users.

The split view feature will help users to manage and organise their chats by scrolling through the list of conversations. And this can be done without exiting their current chat.

The Split view feature allows users to switch between conversations quickly without having to close one conversation before opening another. It also makes multitasking easier as users can now view multiple conversations at the same time.
