Vivo X80 Pro Plus is the highest edition in Vivo’s flagship series. It will be releasing in October. According to a recent source, the company is reportedly planning to release the Vivo X80 Lite, a lower-cost variation of its flagship series. The latter is now under development, while Vivo appears to be working on the smartphone’s software interface. According to the site RootMyGalaxy, the Vivo X80 Lite may be a mid-range device that serves as a gateway to Vivo’s premium smartphone experience.
Specifications of Vivo X80 Lite
According to rumours, a mid-range processor, such as the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 or MediaTek Dimensity 8100 will power the Vivo X80 Lite.
It’s worth noting that the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 CPU was just announced at the end of last month. Moreover, no devices with the chip have yet been released in India. The processor is in use in devices like the Oppo Reno8 Pro, and the much-anticipated Nothing Phone (1) is likely to use it. The Snapdragon 845G is the successor of the Snapdragon 778G mid-range CPU.
There are currently no details about the rumoured Vivo X80 Lite’s additional specs. In India, the Vivo X80 and X80 Pro have already been released. Its prices start at Rs 54,990 and Rs 79,990, respectively. The MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC powers the Vivo X80, while the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 powers the Vivo X80 Pro. The flagship smartphone’s 50-megapixel quad rear camera arrangement also includes capabilities like a 360-degree horizontal stabilizer, cinematic video bokeh mode, and more.
