Infinix has been a rising superstar in the smartphone market with its 4G smartphones. Now, an Infinix 5G smartphone is all set to soon make an entry into the Indian market. This will be the very first 5G smartphone from the brand. In addition, according to Infinix, they are looking forward to launching seven other products in the country by Q1 of 2022.
As per latest leaks, we get to see live images of a mysterious Infinix smartphone, thanks to folks over at XDADevelopers. The brand new pictures showcase the design of the upcoming Infinix 5G smartphone. We have also come to know of its key specifications ahead of launch. Infinix 5G Smartphone Specifications (Leaked)
Now, although we do not know ANYTHING about the device moniker. However, as per previously leaked renders, we get to know that the smartphone could be the Infinix Zero 5G. Going by the design renders, we get to see the smartphone featuring a glossy back. Additionally, the smartphone is seen sporting a triple rear camera setup in the renders. The setup is also accompanied by an LED flash.

In terms of display, we get to see a thin bezels on the upcoming Infinix 5G smartphone. However, the chin of the device fairly large. There is a centrally aligned punch-hole display cutout. According to the latest source, we can expect the display to offer a fast 120Hz refresh rate as well. From the looks of it, Infinix may use an LCD display on the device instead of AMOLED, for cost-cutting purposes.
On the processor front, the Infinix 5G smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC. Now, this octa-core chipset is what brings 5G to the table. In terms of software, we can expect the smartphone to run on Android 11 with the brand’s proprietary XOS custom skin on top.

Talking about optics, the upcoming handset by Infinix will offer a 40-megapixel primary sensor. In addition, this primary sensor will also come with a staggering 30X zoom. The brand also revealed that the upcoming Infinix 5G smartphone will come with a MemFusion feature. This allows users to extend the RAM capacity of the device up to 5GB.
