These Cities To Get Reliance Jio 5G Services By Diwali 2022

Beginning on October 24th, The Reliance Jio 5G services, also known as Jio True 5G, will be accessible throughout India. The telecom stated during its Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2022 that it intends to launch the network throughout the nation this Diwali.

Although, According to the corporation, its network would be a full 5G network with “zero dependence on its 4G network”. And it will function on a separate network. A few important Indian cities will first provide Jio 5G network services.

“Subsequently, we plan to expand the Jio 5G footprint month after month until by December of 2023, which is less than 18 months, every town, talukdar, and tehsil of the country has the 5G network,” said Mukesh Ambani in its keynote address at AGM 2022.

Reliance Jio 5G Services, SIM and Bandwidths

Jio will provide the world’s largest and most technologically advanced 5G network. Through a freestanding network (SA), for which the telco will have a separate infrastructure, the services will be accessible. In contrast to the non-standalone network (NSA), SA cannot use the current 4G network architecture.

This implies that a new SIM card is required to access Jio 5G network benefits. Although the business hasn’t yet disclosed its intentions for introducing Jio 5G SIM in India, it has unveiled Jio Air Fiber ultra 5G hotspot to use wireless high-speed broadband rates comparable to fibre.

“The three-fold advantage of Stand-Alone 5G architecture, largest and best mix of spectrum and Carrier Aggregation technology means that Jio 5G will be able to offer an unparalleled combination of coverage, capacity, quality and affordability,” as per the Reliance Jio.

Jio claims to provide new and potent services, including low latency, widespread machine-to-machine connectivity and 5G voice. It also includes Edge computing, network slicing, and the metaverse with Stand-Alone 5G.

On the 3500MHz mid-band spectrum, the 25GHz millimetre spectrum, and the 700MHz low-band frequency, Jio 5G will be accessible. Moreover, the telecom is the sole user of the 700MHz range, which provides excellent interior coverage.
