Here is the breakdown of storage in each handset:
- Samsung Galaxy S25: 12GB RAM+256GB
- Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus: 12GB RAM+512GB
- Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra: 12GB RAM+1TB

Furtjermore, Samsung has announced that every model in its upcoming lineup will operate on Android 15, complemented by the latest OneUI 7 interface. While the base and Plus variants are set to receive modest improvements to their cameras, reports suggest the Galaxy S25 Ultra will stand out with a significant upgrade, featuring a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera sensor.
