Realme has announced the launch of a new P-series in India. This new smartphone lineup will focus on performance at a mid-range price and will be exclusive to India. Furthermore, P stands for Power, and the India-exclusive lineup will include two phones: Realme P1 5G and Realme P1 Pro 5G. Here is everything you need to know about the upcoming Realme P series.
Realme P1 And P1 Pro To Debut In India On April 15
Realme Vice President Chase Xu has announced on X (Formerly Twitter) that the company will introduce a new P series in India. This P series will be exclusive to India and launch on April 15.

The Realme P series promises to bring a fresh design and powerful specifications to the mid-range segment. This India-exclusive series will include the Realme P1 and Realme P1 Pro 5G, which will be sold via Flipkart.
Moreover, the Realme P1 will use the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 chipset, which the company claims is the fastest at under Rs.15,000. It also offers a 120Hz AMOLED screen with 2000 nits of peak brightness and a 7-layer VC cooling chamber.

Similarly, the Realme P1 Pro will launch in India with the “best curved display” under Rs.20,000 with a 120Hz AMOLED panel. It will offer the narrowest chin at 2.32mm and Pro-XDR support.
Furthermore, the screen has a peak brightness of 2000 nits and is TUV Rheinland certified. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor and sport a 3D VC cooling chamber.

The Realme P1 Pro will launch in India with 45W SUPERVOOC charging, a Rainwater Touch feature and a Tactile Engine for vibration. This new series will likely compete with Poco devices, which are known for their value-for-money offerings.
