Realme is gearing up to launch its next flagship, the GT 5 Pro, in China. The phone will feature impressive specifications, including the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. The company has now revealed details about the Realme GT 5 Pro camera, which will feature Sony’s new sensor.

The Realme GT 5 Pro will sport Sony’s new LYTIA sensor for the primary camera. It will likely be the same LYT-808 50-megapixel sensor as the one confirmed on the upcoming OnePlus 12.

Moreover, the GT 5 Pro will also pack an 8-megapixel Sony IMX355 ultra-wide lens and an IMX890 50-megapixel telephoto camera with 2.7x optical zoom capability. On the front, it will have a 32-megapixel selfie camera.

Regarding the other specifications, the Realme GT 5 Pro will feature a 6.78-inch curved OLED panel with 1.5K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. Moreover, it will have the brightest display on any smartphone, with a peak brightness of 3,000 nits.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip will power the phone paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM. Furthermore, It will run on Realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14 with up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.

The GT 5 Pro will likely pack a 5,400mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging support.

Realme GT5 Pro Release Date

The Realme GT 5 Pro will likely arrive in China by the end of this month. However, there is no information about its exact release date, but the company will livestream the event on Weibo.
