Today marks the official debut in India of the Oppo Reno 7 5G and Reno 7 Pro 5G. (Friday, February 4, 2022). Oppo’s Reno 7 5G series arrived in China last year, and these devices are part of it. The India version of the Oppo Reno 7 5G may differ from the China version. For example, they may use MediaTek’s Dimensity 900 SoC in India.
The MediaTek Dimensity 1200 Max SoC is to power the Oppo Reno 7 Pro 5G, which is believe to be comparable to the Chinese counterpart. In addition to the smartphones, Oppo will release a wearable, the Watch Free, as part of the Oppo Watch Free lineup.

Reno 5G, Reno 7 Pro 5G, Oppo Watch Free Price in India (expected)
For the first time, Oppo will introduce two handsets under the Oppo Reno 7 5G series in India.
According to a recent report, Oppo Reno 7 5G pricing in India may be Rs 29,990 for the only 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model. The 8GB + 128GB variant of the Reno 7 5G was earlier reported to cost Rs. 31,490. The single 12GB + 256GB option of the Oppo Reno 7 Pro 5G is expected to cost Rs. 39,990.

With a 20:9 aspect ratio and a 90Hz refresh rate, the Oppo Reno 7 5G India edition might have the same 6.43-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) AMOLED display as the Chinese model. However, instead of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC seen in the Chinese version, the phone is to have a MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC. In addition, virtual RAM extension and 8GB of RAM may also be there in the India model.
With a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B primary sensor, the Oppo Reno 7 5G might consist of a triple rear camera configuration. An 8-megapixel wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel macro lens may be in it. According to reports, the phone has a front-facing camera sensor with a 32-megapixel Sony IMX615.
The Oppo Reno 7 5G might have a 4,500mAh battery in India with 65W SuperVOOC fast charging. USB Type-C and 3.5mm headphone jacks are also to be there, as well as an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Oppo Watch Free may come in two flavours, but that has yet to be determined. The Chinese model is anticipated to be carried across to the Indian market. An AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 280 x 456 pixels and 2.5D curved glass graces the wearable. More than 100 fitness and sports modes are available: badminton, skiing, cricket, and kayaking.
