The Oppo Reno 14 series is set to launch in China soon. However, the exact date of the launch is not yet out. However, a recent Geekbench benchmark listing has provided some insights into the upcoming specifications. The series comprises of OPPO Reno 14 and OPPO Reno 14 Pro. OPPO Reno 14 Specifications: As Per The Leaks
The OPPO Reno 14 has been spotted on the Geekbench database with the model number PKZ110. This gives us a sneak peek at its key specifications before the official launch.

According to the benchmark listing, the device may arrive with 12GB of RAM with the potential of more memory options in the future. It’s powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 SoC, which was unveiled in December. Also, it will come with a Mali-G720 MC7 GPU for enhanced graphics performance.
Moreover, the OPPO Reno 14 and Reno 14 Pro may move away from the curved displays seen on the Reno 13 series, opting instead for flat screens. However, the screen size and resolution will remain the same as their predecessors. There are also leaks on the OPPO Reno 14 series that the new models could feature a periscope camera. Additionally, the Reno 14 duo will come with a substantial battery capacity, starting at 6,000mAh, along with support for 80W fast charging.
Expected Launch Timeline In India
China has officially announced that the OPPO Reno 14 series will be launched this month, but its release in India is still uncertain. Given that the Reno 13 series only made its Indian debut in January 2025, it’s unlikely that its successor will arrive in the country so soon.
OPPO has traditionally maintained a gap between the China and India launches for its Reno series, so we’ll have to wait for official confirmation to know when the Reno 14 series will land in India.
